Hi , due to the fact that's your 1st post

.....
after downloaded the folder, ( I presume you know how torrent works...)
just opern it, you'll find 13 .rar files.
open the first with winrar
and click on exctract . That's all.
You'll find a folder in which there is a mapsource.exe file.
Double click ........a whole map magically appears

From taht map you can cut out a portion of it (as you prefer) , and simply click on "transfer" ---send to device
Remember that the image you cutted off must be unlocked......how to unlock?
Unlocking soft ,maps and IMGs in :
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ] .
A read on that thread will open you a "new world"

Hi,
when i run MapSource.exe, program opens but shows no maps.... What can be the problem?

Menu/View/Basic map only. Uncheck it

If sugestion from Caty don't work try this:

Windows XP

Click Start
Click Run
Type regedit in box
Click the + next to HKEY_CURRENT_USER
Click the + next to Software
Click the + next to Garmin
right-click on the folder Mapsource
Click Delete
Close the Registry Editor
Restart the computer
run MapSource.exe and you will see map

Windows Vista / Windows 7

Click Start
Type regedit in the search box
Click the arrow next to HKEY_CURRENT_USER
Click the arrow next to Software
Click the arrow next to Garmin
right-click on the folder Mapsource
Click Delete
Close the Registry Editor
Restart the computer
run MapSource.exe and you will se map

I try MRUProduct some time ago and don't work on some Pc, but procedure in my previous post always work with no problem.
He can try all sugestion that we write, one must work

Windows use same regitry keys for all windows versions. registry key works ALL 32bit.
if registry key MRUProduct value is 00000000 then mapsource not show any map
if registry key MRUProduct value is XXXXXXX some number then mapsource show some map (if that map not removed after last program close)

EDIT: Just check 64bit and key is same place and works also, so it works ALL windows version

any way all solution works.... and best way is select map directly from Mapsource

hello guys,
i can't see the map in mapsource;
i'have copy the folder in C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Maps
i try all the solutions in the posts above: install the MRUProduct.reg file, or to delete mapsource directory in th reg file
... but nothing in mapsource
need help !!!

Morning all .....

If you "obtained" the .rar files from zippyshare , why don't read the 1st post?
Mapsource version locked with installer.
FID 2969

CNEU NT 2014.10 - 13 RAR volumes , unpacked size 3.804.166.921 bytes

Did you unlock the map? Anyway I don't think is that the problem ....You'll receive a message (some maps must be unlocked to be used)

And last but not least ....what folder did you copy? If you copy the extract folder it will never works.....
Works only if you put "City Navigator Europe NT 2014.10.gmap" folder in Maps and obviously ,unlocked....

But.... why not try in this way? unlock the map in gmap folder, double-click on mapsource.exe ...........in "anyfolderyouextract" . That's all.
