Windows use same regitry keys for all windows versions. registry key works ALL 32bit.
if registry key MRUProduct value is 00000000 then mapsource not show any map
if registry key MRUProduct value is XXXXXXX some number then mapsource show some map (if that map not removed after last program close)

EDIT: Just check 64bit and key is same place and works also, so it works ALL windows version

any way all solution works.... and best way is select map directly from Mapsource

I just added C:\garmin|Maps and I copied "City Navigator Europe NT 2014.10.gmap" all in it: works fine!

hello guys,
i can't see the map in mapsource;
i'have copy the folder in C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Maps
i try all the solutions in the posts above: install the MRUProduct.reg file, or to delete mapsource directory in th reg file
... but nothing in mapsource
need help !!!

This is to see if gmap folders are copied or installed properly ,so Mapsource sees them.

Morning all .....

If you "obtained" the .rar files from zippyshare , why don't read the 1st post?
Mapsource version locked with installer.

CNEU NT 2014.10 - 13 RAR volumes , unpacked size 3.804.166.921 bytes

Did you unlock the map? Anyway I don't think is that the problem ....You'll receive a message (some maps must be unlocked to be used)

And last but not least ....what folder did you copy? If you copy the extract folder it will never works.....
Works only if you put "City Navigator Europe NT 2014.10.gmap" folder in Maps and obviously ,unlocked....

But.... why not try in this way? unlock the map in gmap folder, double-click on mapsource.exe ...........in "anyfolderyouextract" . That's all.

You need a gmap folder inside C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Maps
Example C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Maps\Eu20141.gmap
Inside this folder you must have all other files and folders.

This picture is for another map but the structure is the same.
Even A Locked map should be visible in Mapsource (only the detail is not visible in a locked map)

First of all thanks for the programs.
The image file City Navigator Europe NT 2014.10 IMG unlocked in my eTrex 30 fundiona perfectly but I can not the instalarción in BaseCamp.
I'm errores.Qué Any advice?
Ulizados Programs:
GMapTool to extract files and lara his innstalación the MapSetToolKit.
Seeing him after erroneous installation tells me.
Is the bat but not the reg file to the registry.

Hi,

Check flag number with gmaptool : if it's equal to 1 change it to 0.

MS version work fine...my error was in the name of my folder, after remane correctly in "City Navigator Europe NT 2014.10.gmap", i see the map and can unlocked it.
