The confusion on this map was because Garmin and in May released a beta version incomplete and with many bugs, in June the Garmin released the official version.*
But I will try to gather all items from the official version and put it all in one post.*
In order to avoid these wear.
I do not remember BETA versions of the Garmin maps.
And to whom they are addressed? Developers? The users? From May to June can not fix many bugs .... and the manifest has not changed.

Strongly disagree with this idea.
If you look closely, the topic manifest in the preview section are not closed until the official release of the map.
If the map is changed, change the links and notify you (as happened with the SAM or MENA 2013.30, if I remember correctly,but problem for download of MSV,not BETA version)
Would only serve to confuse users.
We might also expect to post the maps only with the official release..but we are Noeman: we have maps before Garmin ....
