Agreed Maybe First Post and Download posts should reflect this.
Why should someone upgrade for the sake of upgrading when there is no benefit for Non-Netherlands users.(This is a fix version anyway)
I dont think 2013.41 will stay current for very long 2014.10 versions are in the pipeline.
