I had 2013.30 map in 3490. I tried to update by MapUpdater on 2013.41 version. Updater told me, I hadn't a space for full coverage (wtf?!?). So, I choose CEE region to install. First two steps were ok, when the third step started mapupdater crashed with "unknown error occured". I tried to update by Express app. Express hadn't any problem with free space in device, full coverage was installed on device, but.... When I power on my device, here was the info box with "Can't unlock maps" message. Express made empty unl and gma files (0 bytes). IMG file has 3,126GB. This will be an unsolvable problem for ordinary users...

Solution to this issue: remove sd, run Mapupdater, as soon as it says there isnt space enough and to insert an sd, insert your sd and Mapupdater will see it and update the full map you previously selected Originally Posted by thomasino007
