Hello, I have compared:
CNE NTU 2013-30 Official Download (through MapUpdater v3-1-19-0)
CNE NTU 2013-40 (download from this thread)
There are two differences:
1. On your download, there is one JVC file more... (strange, strange)
2. In your download small file called GMAPTZ.IMG is missing...
Could you provide me this GMAPTZ.IMG from 2013-40 NTU version? Thanks.

Time Zones do not depend on the type of used maps, but only on the decisions of the governments. Always use the latest GMAPTZ.
