Super newbie to both GPS and this forum. Please forgive and guide me if I am wrong.

I downloaded the torrent file, a lot of rar files inside. How should I install it? Ignore the rest of the files and just copy the img file into my SD card?

Please kindly help as I will be flying to Australia this Friday. Thank you in advance.
