I made one mistake again.
Germany shows colored trails Basecamp in 2012 map version
I have made numerous efforts to change the display behavior of mountain peak (summit) POI icons in Mobile XT 5.00.20w on my HTC Touch Diamond 2 (480 x 800 pixel, Windows Mobile 6.5), to no avail.
The only way to get the POI icons (and the associated labels) displayed is to search for the mountain peak under 'Where to?' (to create a route to the peak) and then tap the 'checkered flag' route endpoint.
Then the POI icon (and the associated label) is displayed, and it is displayed independently of the zoom level (i.e., no difference, when I go from the 3 km to the 120 m zoom level).
This occurs with both, the Transalpin 2012 and the Austria v3 topo maps, and my attempts to influence this behavior by changing the POI's DrawOrder with TYPViewer v4.0.8 had no effect.
What I am trying to achieve is that the mountain peak POI icons are displayed from a certain zoom level on (ideally from the 300 m level on), so that (when browsing the map in Mobile XT 5.00.20w) I can tap on a peak's POI icon to get its label (usually its name) displayed.
I expected to achieve this by changing the POI's DrawOrder with TYPViewer v4.0.8 (and then use GmapTool to get the modified TYP into the IMG file).
Why does changing a POI's DrawOrder not influence its display behavior in the Transalpin 2012 and the Austria v3 topo maps?
If a POI's DrawOrder does not influence its display behavior (in these topo maps), what does control its display behavior?
PS: I am posting this in the threads for both topo maps, and in some additional threads (in an attempt to increase the chances that someone with the necessary knowledge will see it).

how can i extract the img file pls help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
From link of MAGIC Caty :
[hide][/hide]Usually files are rar files , that's means compressed files- To decompress them use WINRAR (shareware, but it will work with a popup even after expiring date)-
Rar files ,if big ,can be uploaded splitted in more than one part, in this case download them all into the same folder,
(you'll see part one , part two etc) and ,once installed the decompressing program, just click on part one- Winrar will decompress your part files in just one file-
Make sure all file names match. (in 7Zip case: *.7z.001 , *.7z.002 , *.7z.003 ...)
Right click the first file (*.7z.001) and you will see the 7 Zip menu, enter that menu.. you will see the "Extract files" and "Extract here" options.
Bye bye...
