Can anyone post the .gmap file so we can install the map on the computer? If you convert the .img with Gmaptool, there is no address search possible...

Also, can someone please tell me what I should do with the SQL file? I have used several maps from this forum but I don't know what to do with the SQL file or even what that is

Use Basecamp and you will be able to see the map on PC and you'll have an address search.

The standalon map works on every device without the new features.

Look for the supported activerouting devices at garmin.com

Hi. Could anybody upload the original files for to try to install in the MapSource ?

I tried to use the "TOPO_Deutschland_2012_Pro.IMG" file that I download from previous post but I was unable to do it.

No Mapsource available, use Basecamp (as already posted several times here). You need to wait for Garmin first...

The only thing, duck42, is that I download the .IMG and I follow the procedure "How to load .img Into MapSource or BaseCamp with MapstToolkit", but mi PC said: " there is not enough memory". (The .img file was 2.4 Gb), and I can´t found any other metode to load this map (neithe in BaseCamp). I'm sorry for my not expertise.

I made a test to load the img.file into Bascamp, but no way!
You can split the whole file into several img.-files with Gmaptool for use in MapSource, but the result will be very bad (tested by myself also).
The best idea is to wait a few days; I'm sure that we will get the DVD until the end of this month also.

Map works in Basecamp like it should , probably you made something wrong.
