Garmin- Mexico GPSAtlas 2012 v70

plz i'm a total rookie , i downloaded mexico gps atlas 2 , opened win winrar it become a folder with lots of images 2 mains mexicogpsmap12 and mexicogpsmap12_mdr and it also has another folder with lots of images .
i downloaded the unlockmapset but i have no idea where and how to use it .
help me plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
