City Navigator 2011.40 has been re-posted on the Garmin SG site, I've tried the upgrade...traffic is now working

The links in post #1 will get you the new version. Header date is now 11.01.2012.

Yes , I can confirm that traffic now works with type 1

Same map info in all 3 posting, (1st post header date 05.01.2012, 2nd post header date 02.12.2011 & 3rd post header date 11.01.2012). Garmin have finally fixed traffic apparently, otherwise the 3 maps are the same. If you don't use traffic they will appear identical to you.

I still dun see the header date updated. May I know where you see the header date?

This will show you the header date and much more too: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. Just add the *.img file to GMapTool and you can view the map information by pressing the Info or Details buttons.

Hmmmm mine shows
Header: 10.02.2012 11:50:54, DSKIMG, XOR 00, V 11.40, Ms 0

OK..just checked it again. Info for Type2 (image only) dl still shows:
Header: 11.01.2012 16:34:38, DSKIMG, XOR 00, V 11.40, Ms 0
Same info as 2 days ago. Are they showing different info for other Types? Which one did you dl, was it Type2?

Just FYI that type5 corresponds to 2565.
