Which model are you using? I am using the 1460 and I am wondering if the 14xx and 13xx series support for SG traffic was removed? Technically, the 2x5 series can see Singapore traffic - but it is also not shown although the traffic icon shows the Singapore frequency. I had always thought it was the firmware - but now am thinking if it was the map embedded with a code.

garmin says they will look into this.

The sg local office navicom just called me back this morning, they tested using their 2575R with a GTM35 connector and it works for the traffic....

Hmmmm.... i will revert mine and see if it works with the GTM25... else probably will get a GTM35 locally and check again... damn garmin for making this so difficult....

Navicom tested with GTM35 and it works....hmmmmmm

Hi, I am using the GTM35 with my 2575R. The Traffic on my unit does not work with City Navigator Singapore/Malaysia NT 2011.40. It was previously working on 2011.20. I have called Garmin support in Taiwan, but they do not seem to know what's going on. They asked me to call the Singapore Distributor.

I am using GTM25 with 1350 and 1460. Using type 3 map.

Maybe I should try and see if the map in Type 1 makes a difference.

Anyway they took down the 2011.40 map on their website...
The support from navicom called me again this morning but i was in a meeting cant pick up the call.
Will call them back and find out more.
