The latest Narisa is bundled in the Thai firmware v3.2 which you can get from the link in the first page of this thread. Originally Posted by bank148

Simply ignore all the other files from the package and copy Narisa to your unit.
I've been using it for awhile, but don't notice anything new compared to the previous version.
She still makes the same funny intonation along the way.

My TWN 1450 could not show Thai word, anyone can share 1460 Thai 006-D2225-00.bin file? Because i already have th_th.glx and keyboard file, but without this thai character file. Thanks.

No JCV file is locked in the usual meaning of that, however SEA JCVs are encrypted so that only the corresponding fw can read them, so in that sense they are 'locked' for use only in the same SEA units. Thai JCVs will not display in an Indonesian fw unit for example, which will show a message to that effect. However, in a US/EU unit any attempt to display a SEA JCV will cause a crash & reboot error. SEA JCVs cannot be 'unlocked' ie unencrypted. Originally Posted by ralph_vii
