tested the english map and jcv , the jcv still display "pirated version" on garmin asus m10 . I have use image unlocker to unlock the TSM 12.1.img . how to unlock the jcv ?

You have to use Thai F/W to unlock it. Thai JCV work only on Thai f/w.

How to switch Language on Dual Map in Mapsource?
Or do i have to use English Map in Mapsource?

Garmin-Asus A10 and A50 (both android) can display TH/EN/DUAL JCV without problems. However If I install the dual map, POIs are always displayed only in english. POI search works with TH/EN keyword in dual map.
