Thread: CityXplorer Europe 2012.30 (all the CityXplorers in one file )

You say that the maps 2012.30, do not work with the nuvï 3790T

I loaded the CX Europe 2012.3 along with CN Europe NT 2012.3 on my Nuvi 1350 and it seemed to be working fine as I simulated EPM routes in the UK Italy etc. However when I typed in France at the "Change country" prompt. It only showed the overseas territories of France and not the country itself. Anyone else come across this? I may also be true of other countries I have only tried a few.

How did you manage fullcityxplorer unlock?

I posted in the afternoon another version for 2xxx but after further tests I realized both version act the same and both work in 2xxx; must just simulate ,set position in the city, browse the map to another position and click go or fix satellites in the city and nuvi 2xxx will offer public transportation. As usual testing CXs is a bit tricky and my 2xxx tester made a blunder
so I remove it.

I can be your 2xxx tester if you need another one.
I'm using the full, ~260MB version along the 2012.30 NTU and the CX map doesn't appear in the map list, but of course pedestrian mode is powered by CX is displayed.
Also the public transport is offered as you mentioned but not providing it right. It provides only walking directions, not directions to use tram or bus.
Another version would be welcome!

Just small one doesnt appear in map list coz it adds just MMR to your existing map but you cant use it coz you have NTU in your nuvi.
If it doesnt appear in map list it's not unlocked correctly or it has wrong name or it is not placed in sd Map folder

Yeap, I suspected that there is an error somewhere else, so I started from scratch. After downloading again the size of the .img was different, I copied the file again to the nüvi, now everything is fine. as it should.
What a shame, I could have done it before asking for help. :-(

Anyway if you need to test something on a 2xxx just let me know.

It was working with 2012.20, but I'll try others of course.
