I tried unlocking but didn't wor, after unlocking, copied to my Nuvi 3790 and the GPS says map not unlocked. Any clue?

This CX map doesn't contain a MMR data section. It should be enough to unlock with [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].

Some of the newest CX maps have been released without MMR data. Don't know why Garmin market them as CX maps at this moment but the guess would be that they will be with MMR in future releases.
nüvi 37xx series needs a patched version of cityXplorer (CX) maps if the CX map contains MMR data for EPM (Enhanced Pedestrian Mode).
