I would re-download it and attempt again. Corrupt file maybe as most are uncompressed/not archived as a download. (ie raw .jcv file, not as a .rar or .zip)

Also, where are you placing it? SD card or on the unit itself? Whether SD or unit the JCV should be in \Garmin\JCV

Too, check that you don't inadvertently have two JCV belonging to the same mapset. I don't think that works and might explain the blank screen. Not 100% sure though.

The nuvi 760 doesn't has the function of JVC and 3D maps.

Hi all, just downloaded and managed to the main map to show up on my 3790T. However, I'm unable to see the 3D map listed under my maps. I tried cutting and pasting into the SD card \Garmin but no luck. Also does anyone know if CNNA 2011.10 traffic trends is able to work with these updated maps? Thanks guys!

Hi all, I downloaded unlocked IMG file of CNNA2012.20 and copied it to SD\Garmin folder. Not sure why it's not working. Tired SD\Map folder too, not working either.
My Garmin is old model c330. But 2011.10 did work on my device when I copied into \Garmin folder. Any idea? Thanks!

SD size is 2G. IMG of 2012.20 is 1.5G. I copied IMG file into SD\Garmin folder.
I didn't rename IMG file. It's gmapsupp.img

I figured it out. I formatted the SD, recreated Garmin folder, then copied IMG file into it. It's working now.
