Hi pietu
As a complete newbie I hope I am not making a fool of myself
by asking 2 questions.
1. What does "seed after download" mean?
and
2. can I use this map on a sd card with Street pilot c510

1. Seed mean you share torrent after download and not shut down it eg. when your donwload is finnish you keep it sharing maybe 24hour

1. This is a Torrent terminology. Seeders are the ones who provide data for leechers (downloaders). After downloading the file, it would be nice if you seed it for others to download as well. Without seeders, there is no download. The "ratio" column in your torrent application will show you the ratio between what you've seeded and what you've downloaded. For instance: 2.000 means you've seeded twice as much as you've downloaded. It is preferred you seed at least the same amount as what you've downloaded (= ratio 1.000). Originally Posted by hughgam

Thanks for the info.
As pietu's GMAPSUPP.img file is only 216,660kb how would I go about using this file.
The c510 only has a gmapprom.img

Hi
I managed to unlock 2012.20 in MAPSOURCE.
Its working on the Nuvi 255 WT, but the map still locked on the 276C.
Any ideas how to solve the problem?

How did you unlock it?
If unlocked for 255 only you need to unlock it for the 276C also. Or use one of the family unlockers prior to transferring to the 276C.
