Thanks lolypop000, but I need UK and ROI!
Meanwhile, I tried the "old style" method, as suggested by Rudy_P: downloaded MapReverseCoverter with mapsource 6.13.7 (from here: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] - post #5), installed and "reversed" the maps, then unlocked with Garmin Unlocker ([Only registered and activated users can see links. ]). All perfect - my mapsource has now the newest maps!
Then, in mapsource 6.13.7 I've selected all the maps excluding nordic contries - Norway, Sweden and Finland (I don't need them!) - for reducing the map size under 2 GB (as my nuvi 350 can't read larger images) and sent them to the SD card. Finally, I unlocked the mapssupp.img on the card with Fast Image Unlocker 2.1 ([Only registered and activated users can see links. ]). Again perfect - I have a fully functional and updated gps!
    Thank you for all, guys!

Things can be more easy if you just put the allready unlocked 1.96GB created map in SD Garmin folder, than take the UK & RoI unlocked map and put it in Device Garmin folder, in Tools\setting\map\Info select both maps(the 1.96 GB and UK & RoI) and you will have a full Europe coverage, i think is more easy(my opinion

You must use the included source map.

@ kor@l: you're right, this way is so much easier that... I can't believe that I didn't think about it! No excuses for this!
But, on the other hand, I'm happy that I did the harder way because I have learned so much new things! And, of course, because I have the newest maps in MapSource, too. Now, I think it's easy to follow your advice and put the maps of nordic countries (that I excluded from the SD card) on my device to obtain the full Europe coverage. Thanks a lot!
