You probably refer to the 2010.40 version, this new update is even not linked on their Garmin website
Hmmmm could be a connectivity issue.....
I downloaded both files in one go....

Sorry guys to have caused any issue.....
maybe next time i wont be so hasty to post the links....will do thorough testing before posting....
