I renamed the gmapprom.img to gmapsupp.img, unlocked it with Fast IMG Unlocker 1.9, copied into the folder "garmin" on a 4Gb MicroSD HC and inserted it into my nüvi 205, Softwareversion 6.60. WORKS!

About the Time Zone map, what is it? and isn't that something that get's updated through WebUpdater?

Thanks a lot for that information, fluorescent! I thought I had the latest FW version in my nüvi 205, but I was wrong. I just updated it through WebUpdater. It went from v2.7 to v7.1: Originally Posted by fluorescent

Apparently there is no FW update for my nüvi 350. It already holds the recent most FW (v6.2). Waiting in line for the MapSource version then...

Pardon my ignorance but I am in the process of downloading the files for the unlocked version.
I have just completed part 1 and am downloading part 2 I just noticed that part 1 appears as EU402011.z01
Part 2 is downloading as EU402011.z02.
This is not a .rar file and I'm afraid if I I download all 5 parts I can't unzip and combine them.
Do i need to rename them with a .rar extension?
I don't think Winrar will work, kindly advise what to do.

dont rename them ,use 7zip if winrar wont work
