I think that this version is not full because he 11.6 version has 115 mb and this has 80 mb, how is possible, the theory said that the new version of the maps are biggest than the last.......

this is not always true, it depends on compression used, sometimes a better compression gives smaller maps, must check and compare files with Gmaptool and compare the maps in Basecamp

example in the 2 maps comparation: some particulars are in v.12 and not in v.11.6
