Why do you want to generate a Mapsource folder? Simply copy the image file that you want (chinese: gmapprom.img or english: gmapprom1.img) either to your unit or preferably to a media card. Assuming of course that you have dl'ed CNHMGNT2010.30-2145-2149.7z from the first post.
