concerning to TSM11JCV , do any one knew the difference between each version , due to they also have 78MB , and 198MB in this thread , just only the sharpness of the pictures?

I think so.
But 198MB jcv is for dual map. (Not only for 37xx but 7x5 too !!)
For me it's worth to use 198MB jcv if my unit can use dual map.

Do I have to rename this 198 MB JCV file from J014703.JCV to JCV110TH.JCV ? My device is NUVI 765t SG/MAL F/W V.250 ?

J014703.JCV is original jcv name for using with Dual Map.

First time I use 78Mb. with Thai map , seem like some JCV missing , also high way mode did not show , change to dual map with 198 Mb JCV , all work , did not change the name.

I think so, you should not rename that file.
