Thanks its working now, it seems that when I downloading using mac its not working but when I use windows, its all working. But still having problems when I transfer the maps in my garmin nuvi its says "maps cant be unlocked" I already unlocked the maps in the computer but my gps says maps cant be unlocked. Thanks again!
