Today i downloaded this topo germany version 4 map en installed it.
I used the full "untouched" version.
In version 3 it was possible to make a route on a hikingpath like the "malerweg" , you had only point the begin and the end of the road and in version 3 the route go al the way over the "malerweg".
In version 4 it take's the shortest or fastest way depending on the settings for routing.

Is ther way in version 4 that it also goes al the way over the malerweg.

hi everybody! I got all the 24 parts, but with extracting there is a failure at about 55% (on check with 7zip) lists 2 files and and then wunderfull statement: wrong password?

does anybody know this issue? and how to resolve?

Redownload the files which show error message. Most likely faulty download

So I downloaded the files, all 24 of them, took a while and big IMG file 3GB. It's unlocked and works fine on my GPSMAP 78s. Many thanks.

Wanted to get this German topo, but unable to download. Can anyone put a mirror up at normal sites, like megaupload etc? Lots of java thingies comping up at netload.in, and not seeing any download links, too bad.

I have found a bug in this map, it may even be an original bug.
Sow I downloaded your unlocked mapsource version first (second post), and when I uploaded a part of the map (West Germany) to my dakota 20.
there was always 1 segment missing next to the border, all over the border with Belgium, Holland and France. (may be more, I only tested western part of map).
The second segment from the border stand point was loaded and visible on my gps.

Sow at first I thought I might not have selected these segments of the map (a fair possibility).
Sow I reloaded them into the gps and double checked if I had selected the complete western border of Germany.
Witch I did, and still the same problem.

Sow then I tried downloading your original version of this topo (the iso). I deleted the first one of course and installed the original version.
And I unlocked it myself, uploaded the complete western border to my gps and ... still the same problem.
I may be new here on this forum, but I have unlocked a great deal of maps, and this is the first problem I had of this sort.

Note that the segments that are missing are completely blank (whit), and not "white + a grid" like you would get if you didn't have the segment loaded ...
I hope someone can help me with this, if you didn't understand a word what I just said, plz tell me and I will upload some screen shots.
