2. MMR it's a pedestrian navigation part. You need to unlock it using unl for FID=800
3. As far as I remember pedestrian navigation will not work on Montana. Will work only City Navigator part.

Is Unlocked for part NT...but Locked for part MMR

So, if I have City Navigator® Europe NT 2013.40 on Montana and Montana dos not works whith pedestrian navigation (EPM, MMR) I do not need cityXplorer - Helsinki 2013.10.
Becouse cityXplorer - Helsinki 2013.10 without EPM, MMR is same map, as City Navigator® Europe NT 2013.40.

Yesss....indeed, the CNNTEU 2013.41 is even better,because most current

In each case,for device with enable the EPM function, to unlock also the part of this map MMR (the part Locked) you have to create a file .UNL with Notepad,with the same name as the map file. With JetMouse usingID device,FID 800 and PID 1...and copy the code 25 characters in to file .UNL.
File .IMG and file .UNL in to folder Map or Garmin...but ONLY for device compatibles.
