I told you so because I had maps that were blocking 5.00.70 with black screen on startup, but working with 5.00.60
If map is not working with version 5.00.60 than problem is map, or just with archiving program used to unpack archive.
Do not unpack RAR and ZIP files with 7-zip, use WinRar or WinZip.
