Que.exe in GarminAsus unit can run and show you the jcv picture.
and garminAsus unit can use the JCV file all around the world !!

Above is the JCV picture of Thailand and Taiwan, For NUVi - thai unit can not display Taiwan jcv and Taiwan unit also can not dispaly thai jcv.
And now you see both of JCV picture can display in Garminasus unit.!!

ESRI set the JCV files to be unlocked by Nuvi Thai unit firmware .
But GarminAsus is the only one unit that can display the JCV picture all around the world , No problem.
