No password for Thai .jcv file., It would be decrypted by Firmware. (ie Thai jcv with Thai firmware., Malaysia jcv with Sg/Mal firmware)

It took Garmin long enough to sort out the Thai's problems

Now all units can enjoy, but don't forget the other error's are still there

I find in bangkok it takes me the long, long way round on a couple of my journies so I use V9 for them and no problem

Thanks to all for QUICK post
    Happy it sunny Thailand

Attention on my Garmin Oregon 200, the TSM 10 is not shown anymore if you upload the 10.1. So you can't disable the TSM 10, and than the 10.1 does not work proper.
renaming the older one from .img to .imgbat and everything works perfect.
So before you think the new map does not work proper...get rid of the old one....

Did you delete TSM 10 first?

Thailand Streetmap 10.1 - Thai- ->means-->Thailand Map in Thai language.
Thailand Streetmap 10.1 JCV - Thai --> means--> Junction view files for detailed map above
    -----------------------
Thailand Streetmap 10.1 - English- ->means-->Thailand Map in Eng language.
Thailand Streetmap 10.1 JCV - Eng --> means--> Junction view files for detailed map above (but all signs are in Thai language , not Eng.)
    ---------------------
Map in Thai language need Thai font in your device., need Thai keyboard for search function.,
    ---------------------
For Nuvi 1490 :: is not support both jcv files.
    ---------------
Thai route base map is useful for zoom out function (No Thai route basemap--> your nuvi still work.)
    -------------------------
You can upload both version to your Nuvi and it will be fine.
