Post here please your help request regarding Garmin

I have a new Astro 320, I created the Topo Espana v4 map on Astro 220 and put on sd micro 4gb card; but the Astro 320 does not show the map, just its worldwide demo basemap! Is it the firmware that I have to downgrade. If so how do I do that? Many thanks for your answer. I use MapSource.

Have you sent the img to sd with Mapsource?
Is the img unlocked ? Is it in a Garmin folder?

Is there a way to change screen resolution in Garmin XT for symbian? I have a Nokia E6 with high resolution screen and I have part of the image from the left side of the screen repeated on the right side.

Hello there!

I a newbie in GPS world (I mean I got a gps since a year but never tried to put new maps in before)

My gps Unit is nüvi 1340

I got an gmapsupp.img file unlocked for all GPS that I want to put in my gps unit and in mapsource but I don't have any microSD card. Is it possible to install it?

Then I have one more question :
My GPS Unit have a gmapprom.img in a ".System" folder, this is the map pre-installed when I bought it. Now that I unckeked this map in my GPS Unit, is there a way to save the space in my unit by erasing/deleting the pre installed map?

Yes you can ,delete the preinstalled gmapprom.img in internal memory, backup it on your pc, just in case, along the gmapprom.unl and gmapprom.gma.
Before doing anything you should backup all the nuvi content on pc (be sure to have hidden files enabled), if you'll have any problem in the future you'll be able to restore it.

I have just downloaded the lasted Europe maps 2012.20 , in four parts. But after extracting the first part it keeps asking for the second part.
What am I doing wrong.
