I have a Garmin 78. When I am on the water and the sunlight is bright I have difficulty reading the screen. Is there a shading device, preference or setting that I can utilize?

Hello. I installed on my Garmin "Italy Land Navigator" from Mapsource, and it worked really good.
Afterwards I also installed "Garmin City Navigator Europe NT v2010.30c" but when I switched on again my GPS I couldn't find the "Italy Land Navigator" anymore.
Do you know why? It depends from maps location (eg. internal memory or microSD)?
Futhermore, is there any conflict between maps installed via Mapsource and the unlocked ones directly copied to Garmin folders?

l just installed gramin xt with map CNEuroNT_2010_10 on my HTH HD, everything seems to be ok, but it cant find my internal gps, in spite of gps is activated and working. some tips guys...
