Post here please your help request regarding Garmin

Hello, I'm brand new here. Yesterday, I tries to install the City Navigator in my GARMIN OREGON 300. Suddenly, the program made an update of the firmware of my Oregon...without asking!! After the update, I lost all my installed maps, and it is very dificult to install new maps... or unlocking them. When I start up, my Oregon says "Can't Authenticate maps" Help?? Can I put back the earlier version of the firmware, or do you have another solution? Thx

If yours are legal maps go to mygarmin and redownload unlock and gma files-
-to unlock every imgs you can try also fast img unlocker (sticky thread in garmin soft and tools section)

hi all i need help i cant have cityxplorer north america "all city "to work on sd card whit my nuvi 2350 i alredy read a lot of post but it does not work

I mistakenly deleted the US coastal waters basemap files for my Colorado 400C & cannot get replacements from Garmin.
I already have the Bluecharts US waters HXUS039R_V11 map, can I install that as the basemap?

Garmin g2 vision map to android oruxmap or androzic.

Hi i need to know is possible convert g2 vision maps to android useful format?
And if it is i like alot to know how?

No Bluecharts are in .img format ,Garmin proprietary format, they work just on Garmin devices and cant convert to any other format ; G2 vision maps work properly just on Marine devices, on other devices they loose some of their features too and can be displayed distorted.

I have a Nuvi 3790T, and 2 computers - one is windows based and a MacAir. I usually conect the Nuvi to Windows based computer. Last week I connected to MacAir and since then, every time I connecto to the windows based - it ask to format the Nuvi and don´t find the files. But the Nuvi is working fine.
I made a search to find a similar problem, but could´t find one.
With the MacAir the Nuvi connects ok, but the RoadTrip isn´t as friendly as MapSource.
Can you help me to solve this problem? Thanks in advace.

Try to uninstall it from Devices Manager in your Windows then update Garmin drivers ,then reattach it USB.
