Maybe you forgot after every cure and format you need to make original (Cunix Cure)

I have the similar problem but I can not use RMP format...

Also for preeboot, sometimes need two fingers on screen:

I had try with your OUT rgn, it load updater successfully but with same problem, also load cure and original from DriveSmart 40-50 original GUPDATE successfully but problem is still here (can not format, can't always to recognize by PC in preeboot mode, and I like to try with SD)

Garmin DriveSmart 50 (hwid is still 2267)
