I am writing from memory, but this is basically what you should do:
The map file goes in sd:\Garmin\MAP sub-folder. The file name can be 'any_name'.img
All other files can stay in the device's memory, under .system directory (however on my 1490 I like to store the JCV in sd:\Garmin\JCV folder
