Check for latest SW in device, delete previous map (Europe of course if you have it) from device and check files for 2018.10 Europe NT map on integrity...
List of files on SD give more info for help!

Thanks for advice but was already on the latest software version. After multiple lengthy calls with support I was left with no option but to buy an SD card (I bought 32GB but actually the SD version of the maps for both Europe and US would fit on an 8GB card anyway!). I have also bought a new version of downloadable US map data for $59.99 and will put that on the same card once the purchase goes through.

Wonder if I need to reinstall 2018.10 without the POI.
