.img is the file extension used by Garmin for their map files. Coincidentally, the same file extension is also used for compressed files. As a result, due to file association, your computer may "think" the gmapique.img file can be unzipped (as clearly shown in the picture in your post). However... IT CAN NOT BE UNZIPPED! It needs to be used "as is".
If it is an original file, it is likely to be locked. If you want to use the file on a microSD in another Garmin device, the file may need unlocking first. Copy the file to the microSD or to the desktop of your computer and unlock the file using [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. Make sure you read the five notes in post #256!
Place the unlocked gmapique.img file in a folder named Garmin on the microSD and use it in the other Garmin device. If it does not work, you may need to change the name of the map file to gmapsupp.img (depending on the model GPS device).
Edit:
If you need more specific instructions, you need to provide more information as to what exactly you are trying to achieve by putting the map file on a microSD. Do you want to create storage space in the internal memory of the C265 by moving the map file off the device onto the microSD, or do you want to simply use the map file in another device? The instructions would be (could be) different. I can not guess.
