Hi .. I have installed MapSource 6.16.3 (patched), MapInstall 4.0.4 (and the patched 3.14.4 exe). Over those I have installed and unlocked CN NT North America 2015.40 and successfully unlocked the .gmap folder (with Unlock_Mapset_2). I can use the map in both MapSource and BaseCamp. The map shows as "Not Lockable" in MapSource. I have successfully exported a gmapsupp.img to my SD card and tried "Fast Image Unlocker2.1", "Garmin Alternative Unlocker8.0.1" and "gimgtools-0.03" to unlock the .img file. All appear to complete successfully. My Nuvi 2559LM (firmware v7.30) still says "Can't Authenticate Maps". I also need to generate a .unl file for the gmapsupp because without it the device says "Can't Unlock Maps". I thought the unlock programs removed the need for the UNL files and also the GMA protection ? Running Win-7 32bit.

Can anyone offer any help or suggestions as to why I can't get these maps to work on the device please ?
