The JM generated unl code by itself won't even work in any recent nuvi [or for that matter older series with recent firmware] using maps with FID 2200 and over because of GMA protection. Read this: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. Then read both of the threads linked in the initial post there and by lolypop000 in post #2 above. The OP has a nuvi 2559, all 2xx9 and other recent such models have a novel protection which has not yet been overcome.
