The 2 statements in red mean exactly the same.

If the map is present and enabled it should be working whether named gmapsupp, gmapprom or gmapprom1. This is Bangladesh as gmapprom1 in a 360, but it also shows the tile for BGD map named gmapprom or gmapoem:

Hard to say what's wrong in your case with MX working only as gmapsupp when it's displayed in Map Info named as the other 2, but at least it's working for you as that.
