I guess that its not a issue of the sdcard size because its only 2 gb big and that is the permitted size for the 440.

You said you used "blucharts" and I'm not sure the 440 will support more than ONE canrt on a card.

It may also require only a SINGL chart/map at a time and that the chart be named and placed as...

How is you card set up ?

Have you unlocked the map with the "gimgunlock.exe" tool ?

I also find it hard to believe the 2gig is the MAX size the 440 will accept. Some charts are well over 3gig in size.
