Hello lolypop000. The manual doesn't specify which model it is, I did go into the information menus of the unit and these are all the apparent versions I could find:

    Software Version: 4.10
    -----
WW AutoRoute OEM BaseMap NR 2.00
    -----
    Honda 2.00
    Text 2.00 (Spanish)
    Audio 2.30 (Spanish)
    -----

Not sure that helps. I found ths picture of the unit in the Honda site, if you want to see how it looks like: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    Thank you

As far as i'm aware, any voice files created in VoiceStudio will work in all Garmin Nuvis (except 3xx/6xx), Zumo 660 and all Aeras so compatibility is quite broad. I'd have some fun and record your own voice (or better still, Eva Longoria, Sofia Vergara, Selma Hayek..... if you can kidnap one of them, that is)....
Hello Neil, Thanks for your observations.... I'll see if I can get Eva Longoria to cooperate ;-)

I don't know how I would update the fw either; maybe through a DVD? I guess I may be stuck with that FW version, as it doesn't seem to be a known device :/

Upload your voice folder and then we can see what number have your voice file, maybe this is problem why your unit wont speak street name.
Thank you for being so helpful, and dedicating time to this. I zipped the Voice folder and attached it to this post. Hopefully you'll be able to see why they don't work; It'd be really cool if somehow the street names could be spoken.

    Thanks again :D
