Yes, I can confirm that I deleted ALL(!) of my subcriptions on my Nuvi 1255, including and regarding to Europe and the US to start it all over again. The GTM 25 was cleared after I deleted all of them. Not even a single subscription left. Nothing. But the main problem is the limitations to 15 subscriptions, which I also cannot confirm, because I endet at 14 and then the last were deleted.
My efforts came to an end, because I do not know to extend the subs over the limit of 14 or 15? So you use 132.0.01 or 132.0.0.0 if you want traffic announcements or better not. Or for the US use the 131.0.0.1 or 131.0.0.0. I might also work well on older nuvis like yours. So just test it. Nothiing can go wrong. In this case just install your subs again. Regards
