Looks like those lat and long are just the coordinates of Mexic border (shifted west). It just tells the traffic receiver where to stop looking for signals (at the border crossing).
Place them on google maps...

I tried this many months ago and managed to get Navteq lifetime working on my Nuvi 760.
I still cant get TTN to work. It says liftetime after entering the USA code but then expires after a few minutes.
When I add the Canada code it stays expired.
Is there some special sequence or technique I need to try to get TTN to work?

New firmware for nuvi 765 (4.30) added in the XML Localization Data : "Changed G019 to Romania".

No, this update is for the file Locales.xml that has nothing to do with the Traffic Service. See the Garmin Support for information about when you can have the service of Traffic in their country (for now, there is no). Originally Posted by Superduper67
