I try the code that you suggest but just some closed roads appear. Here (in Mexico) the Mio GPS brand is the only that offer free traffic alerts service by TTN. There is no way to legally subscribe a Garmin device to the service so is very frustrating. TTN and Navteq transmits alerts but is no way to purchase the service.

I've managed to find the TMC definitions for that device (attached), do you think you could help me to find a solution to activate the traffic service on my device? I have the US and CA Navteq lifetime factory activated in my nüvi.

I really hate the Mio devices
