I tried unlocking but didn't wor, after unlocking, copied to my Nuvi 3790 and the GPS says map not unlocked. Any clue?

This CX map doesn't contain a MMR data section. It should be enough to unlock with [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].
You must use an unlocker instead of JM KG if you have a GMA enabled unit. In this case GMA digital certificates are needed to activate maps unlocked with a 25 character key for maps with MapID/FID >= 2200. The solution is [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].

Some of the newest CX maps have been released without MMR data. Don't know why Garmin market them as CX maps at this moment but the guess would be that they will be with MMR in future releases.

n�vi 37xx series needs a patched version of cityXplorer (CX) maps if the CX map contains MMR data for EPM (Enhanced Pedestrian Mode).

I tried unlocking the 3D image and now works fine. The error related to the 3D image that said in the post was unlocked. ButI think is not.

Does anyone have any of the other South american cityXplorer cities apart from Buenos Aires, Sao Paulo or Rio ?? Maybe Vanish can work his magic with S. America as he did with Europe and N. America.

It's only Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo that have MMR data for enhanced pedestrian mode.
All the other CX maps for South America (Belo Horizonte, Bogota, Buenos Aires, Caracas, Curitiba, Porto Alegre and Santiago) are just a section from City Navigator South America NT. So it would not make any sense to create a merged CX South America 2010.30. Maybe later releases will include MMR data to give real CX maps for those cities.

For now with [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] - Use MapSource version of CN South America NT and choose what you want there and then add CX Rio & CX Sao Paulo. The outcome will be the same as what you requested.

EDIT: Actually I created the full cityXplorer South America 2012.30 as described earlier. All available CX cities included (Belo Horizonte, Bogota, Buenos Aires, Caracas, Curitiba, Porto Alegre, Rio de Janeiro, Santiago and Sao Paulo).
The City Navigator part is unlocked and MMR subfile data altered to FID=800, PID=1, RgnID=1 & VenID=1. MMR is only available for Rio and Sao Paulo from Garmin cityXplorer series of South America v2012.30.
Download unlocked "CX_SouthAm_2012_30_ALL.img" with MMR FID=800:

The main reason to have MMR data altered to FID=800 is that units like n�vi 37xx will not work with original FID/PID.
Create unlock file "xxxxxx.unl" with [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] by using FID=800 in this case.
