That is true people come to get stuff for free, hit-and-run "I have been a hit-and-run" but I have joined some and stated that I am, because their data is available without joining, You join mainly to be an uploader.
There are lots of Forums that require your post a "Hi it's me" and it is the same here, the rules were made by Chaotix back in 2004 and basically not changed.
I did do a Grammar check, only because I have an attached Spelling and Grammar checker, so I checked the obvious first spaces of commas and quotes.
I then made rule #4 a little bigger and hi-lighted the Must and changed the days.
4- PRESENTATION: New members must introduce themselves in the [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] as they feel (a brief presentation). Within 30 Days from joining. Then continue to Full Membership to be an Active member.
I think I fairly lenient against new members as I don't give infractions even if they don't answer my PM's, so all that happens is when I do my 30-day clean out at the end of the month, their account is closed which was due
So I will be changing the Junior member's status "permissions soon"
