Garmin, how much is 30 pieces of silver for Judas today? Were they worthy for crucifix of GPSPower?

It is service dll from program standard installer and it is located in program folder. It be needed for making JPX from program menu immediately. It was changed under new JNX format investigation.
P.S. Version 15.1.9 of GM released but it is not patchable in automatic mode...Garmin, how much is 30 pieces of silver for Judas today? Were they worthy for crucifix of GPSPower?

This is my latest patch only for 64bit version.
Tested with version 15.1.9 (b041414)...
