    Hi,

    do I understand correct:
You speak about the offset of the 64bit-version?

    Any glue about the 32bit-version?
I cannot find related bit sequence in none of the versions after b092712.

    Ciao

    Yes for the 64bit ver
    The original Data offset 00414000 = 89542410
    My data was offset 00414000 = B0B0C390
    yours is offset 00414000 = B001C390

I have not looked at 32 bit ver yet!

So what does the 01 or the B0 do to the program?

I have tried the modifications given on 11-10-2012 for v14.0.2 (b100512) [32-bit] and it works perfectly!!!!

The 32-bit update-versions from b101212 and b101312 are slightly different; it is just one HEX-word:

    Global Mapper v14.0.2 (b1012/1312) [32-bit]. For patch :
    Code for b101312:
RAW Offset | Old Byte | New Byte
    -----------------+----------+----------
    002f6283 74 00
    002f6284 35 00
    002f6288 75 00
    002f6289 30 00
    002f62a2 8B 00
    002f62a3 CB 00
    002f62a4 E8 00
    002f62a5 07 00
    002f62a6 CF 00
    002f62a7 FF 00
    002f62a8 FF 00
    002f62a9 80 00
    002f62aa 7B 00
    002f62ab 29 00
    002f62ad 0F 00
    002f62ae 84 00
    002f62af EE 00
    002f62a0 04 00

The difference is at 002f62af and is EE instead of E9; the code as given above seems to work.

    @cnfhbr
This is OT but I would like to ask if it is possible to make Garmin Routable IMG from Google Map Data ?

    @dasilvarsa
In principle everything is possible, but it's clearly not the case ...

    Back to GM:

    Question to Cnfhbr and scubadoo:
    For 64-bit-version b101712 the offset 004082D0 leads to CC CC 89 54 24 10.

Is this is a solution for 64-bit-version b101712, by replacing acc. to the odl replacement list?

I have not looked this build yet. If you are not tired to chase developers, it doesn't hurt to try ...

The CC CC string simply helps find the correct 89 54 24 10 to patch. Many searches will find the same 89 54 24 10 string but will have differing prefixes.

But life moves on - already updated - b101912
