I didn’t force anyone to use that license file, therefore I have written there: "for example". If anyone doesn’t like that copyright, they may insert their favorite aphorism there.
I just wanted to show that it is necessary to create and use a valid license file, instead of patching the program thoughtlessly …

But this license file is unusable with MPC 7.22 ("Unable to read license header ...")

No it is not, it worked 100% for me. I worked through the tutorial in the help file with this licence file and managed to compile a Garmin Auto-Routable DEM Test map with Mapsource Installer and all, so thanks Cnfhbr YOU ARE A CHAMPION!

It worked for me also. I tested it out on my depth maps of some lakes by my home.
Will the LIC run out in time (DATE)???
I have not set my date years 201*
